With over fifteen years in software development and technical leadership, I specialize in making AI practical for real-world business. Dual US/UK citizen and Western Carolina University alum, I’ve served as CTO in crypto and digital media and am passionate about building stable, scalable solutions—from cloud infrastructure to automated workflows. A systems thinker with a love for process and continual improvement, I strive for reliable execution and sustainable innovation. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain adventures, running, and family life with my wife Lauren and our three boys. I believe well-crafted technology should simplify life and free us to focus on what matters most.
George Crump, Co-Founder
I bring twenty years of entrepreneurship, coaching, and leadership experience to move Involving AI forward with purpose and energy. I grew up on a farm in Scotland, built a business in the Carolinas, and now live in the Colorado mountains. My purpose is to help others achieve entrepreneurial freedom, and I see Involving AI as part of that journey. I’m grateful to be part of the AI revolution, and I’m passionate about making AI work to help humans be the best version of ourselves. I am energized by mountains and valleys, large and small, and am always striving for personal and professional growth, both for myself and the people around me.
Lauren Spiers, Co-Founder
I bring passion, energy, and a people-first mindset to everything I do. After earning my degree in Elementary Education and Literacy from West Chester University, my career journey began as an elementary teacher before I transitioned into the fast-paced world of tech. Alongside my husband Nick, and our business coach and friend George, we co-founded Involving AI to help businesses thrive by harnessing the power of customized AI solutions—combining my lifelong dedication to learning, community-building, and authentic connection. A dedicated mother to three adventurous boys and an active member of the Charlotte community, I value honesty, inclusion, and growth, both for myself and my team. My background in education, years living abroad, commitment to health and recovery, and my love for energizing groups give me a unique perspective on leadership. At IAI, I work to inspire and empower others to embrace change, unlock potential, and succeed—together.
